Akshharam®have been active in this learning space for the past 9 years and have enabled more than 1000 children across the world. We are now looking for passionate teachers who can join us in this journey.

The current openings are for energetic and passionate online teachers who are available to work in the below slots.

**1. Saturdays and Sundays availability during 10am - 10pm (with break time in between) and 5pm -11pm during weekdays (with one day off )**

**Availability to work in the above timings are mandatory.**

**Mandatory Requirements**

1. Must have a previous work experience of a minimum or 4 years OR Montessori trained teachers.
2. Laptop/Desktop with an inbuilt camera/webcam with clarity.
3. High speed internet connection.
4. Conversant with online meeting tools (eg: Skype, ZOOM etc)
5. Comfortable with MS Office - ability to create documents using MS Office tools like MS Word, PPT etc.
6. Comfortable in preparing audio-visual learning contents for children
7. A passion to work with children.

**Skills required**

1. Passion and ability to communicate and work effectively with children.

2. Fluency in Malayalam speaking and writing, Native speakers only.

3. Clear and correct pronunciation of Malayalam (അക്ഷരശുദ്ധി) is mandatory for this role.

4. Ability to execute classes according to a defined plan.

5. Good communication skills in English.

6. Dedicated and passionate about teaching.

7. Customize the class based on any specific needs.

8. Commitment to the timings

9. Prior experience taking online classes will be an added advantage.

10. Comfortable in preparing audio-visual learning contents for children.

11. Experience with non-native Malayalam speakers.

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
