**JD - Histopathology Experience of 5-10 years**

a) To look into the routine working of the section.

b) Ensure that pre analytical errors are minimized by verifying patient / sample ID versus the request forms.

c) Perform phlebotomy and collect appropriate samples from patients.

d) Prepare test samples for processing including centrifugation, separation of plasma / serum.

e) Conduct testing on the patient samples and enter results in LIS.

f) Reconstitute Controls for external and internal quality control programs under supervision of senior technicians.

g) Help Senior staff in stock taking, placing indents and maintaining stock registers.

h) Take proper care of equipment and refer to appropriate source for preventive and corrective maintenance.

i) Participate in teaching programs of the laboratory.

j) Maintain all related documentation.

k) Demonstrate professional conduct with patients, laboratory personnel, and other health care professionals, and with the public while maintaining confidentiality;
l) Learn and standardize new techniques and procedures, as and when required.

m) Any other duty assigned by the Section Head / Lab Manager;

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
