**About the Role**:
We are conducting a **walk-in drive** at Nagpur for the position of **Customer Support Executive (Ahmedabad)**. The role involves handling customer queries over voice and non-voice processes, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply
