- **Soft Skills**:must be Smart, Dynamic, Possess good handwriting and excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, Knowledge of Kannada (Read, Speak), quick learner, team player, attention to details, must have exposure to customer management and conflict resolution skills.
- **Technical Skills**:Working knowledge of use of PC and various business IT tools (chat tools, MS Word, experience with Advance MS Excel, etc) strong logical and analytical skills, knowledge of processes and procedures.
- **Work location**:Koramangala 5th Block (near Jyothi Nivas College / Bhima Jewellers), Bangalore.

**Responsibilities in Brief**:

- Able to followup with customers as per the schedules / mandates for timely receipt of payments, collaborate with customers, provide project updates, clarity queries, provide responses, followups, etc. (customer management skills).
- Preparation and despatch of customer documents and associated logistics as per established process / procedures.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to meet objectives of the job role.
- Must work closely with senior team and other stakeholders to provide necessary data (Operations, sales, various financial metric) from time to time.
- Possess experience in slicing and dicing of various data / information and ability to create reports.
- Knowledge of accounts and finance operations is preferable.
- Where necessary, carry out additional research based on the requirements.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
