County Councelor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide counseling to students and parents about educational opportunities in India and abroad.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Coordinate with admissions and documentation teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service.
- Keep up to date with changes in university admission processes, visa regulations, and education trends.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the education industry, preferably in a counseling role.
- Proficiency in **Malayalam, Tamil, and English** is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional certification in career counseling or education consultancy is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 3 years (preferred)
