Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:
Postgraduate in any discipline with B.Ed/M.Ed (mandatory)

Ph.D. in Education (preferred)

Minimum 60% in post-graduation

NCTE-approved RTR (Hindi & English medium)

**Experience**:
Minimum 8 years of college-level teaching experience (preferably in B.Ed programs)

2-3 years of prior experience as a Principal or in an academic leadership role

Skills and Requirements:
Strong academic and administrative leadership

Mandatory computer proficiency

Experience in teacher training programs

Understanding of NCTE and university regulatory frameworks

Capable of managing faculty, staff, students, and compliance processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
