**Reports To**: Chief Physician / Medical Director

**Job Summary**:
The Physician Assistant will support the physician in delivering high-quality elder care across home visits, assisted living facilities, and clinics. This role involves direct patient care, coordination of daily medical activities, assisting in procedures, and contributing to research and data collection for improving elder care services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the physician during home visits, facility rounds, and clinic consultations.
- Perform preliminary patient assessments, record vitals, and update medical records.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day medical affairs for facility residents and home care patients.
- Provide follow-up care instructions, medication reminders, and basic patient education.
- Support in minor medical procedures under physician supervision.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze patient data for medical records and research purposes.
- Assist in research projects and quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical medical practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related healthcare field.
- Valid registration/certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Experience in geriatric care preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
- Proficiency in basic medical documentation and data handling.

**Work Schedule**:
Full-time, with flexibility for home visits and facility rounds as per patient needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
