**Job Title: Retail Store Associate (Female preferred)**
**Location: Park Circus, Kolkata, West Bengal**

Job Responsibilities:

- **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers, provide information about products, and assist them in finding what they need.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions at the cash register, handle cash and card payments, and ensure accurate billing.
- **Inventory Management**: Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and conduct routine inventory checks.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the products, sales, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Handling Returns**: Manage returns and exchanges as per store policy.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Merchandising**: Assist in setting up displays and arranging merchandise to attract customers and promote sales.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred).
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
