**Job Summary**:
A Fashion Designer specializing in embroidery is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the creation of embroidered elements in clothing and accessories. They collaborate with other designers, artisans, and production teams to bring their designs to life while adhering to the client's or brand's vision. Attention to detail, creativity, and expertise in various embroidery techniques are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Embroidery Design and Conceptualization**: Develop creative and innovative embroidery designs that align with the overall fashion collection or brand aesthetic.

**Research and Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on embroidery trends, techniques, and materials, and incorporate them into design concepts.

**Material Selection**: Choose suitable fabrics, threads, and embellishments for each embroidery project, considering factors like texture, color, and durability.

**Sample Creation**: Create embroidery samples and prototypes, experimenting with different stitches and styles to achieve the desired effect.

**Technical Specifications**: Provide detailed technical specifications and instructions for the embroidery process, including stitch types, thread colors, and placement.

**Quality Control**: Oversee the quality and craftsmanship of the embroidery work, making adjustments as necessary to meet the desired standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from NIFT or NID's only
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a focus on embroidery.
- Proficiency in various embroidery techniques and software for digital embroidery design.
- Strong artistic and creative skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing fashion trends and team preferences.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
