Legal Officer

Drafting and vetting of various legal documents like Leave & License Agreements, Agreement for Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorneys, Indemnity, Legal Notices, Rejoinders, and Declarations etc.
- Representing the group companies in Court matters and before different forums such as RERA, Bombay High Court, Killa Court, and Magistrate Courts in 138 matters etc.
- Visiting EOW, filing complaints, recording statements and assisting officers with legal documentations.
- Visiting MMRDA, Police Stations, MCGM and representing the company.
- Representing the group companies in COC meetings.
- Drafting Arbitration documents and other ancillary documents and initiating Arbitration proceedings on behalf of the company. Providing Arbitrator with complete support.
- Drafting, legal vetting and providing legal support, providing various Affidavits, Undertakings, Declarations, with quick TAT.
- Meeting deadlines as given by the Management.
- Execution and Registration of legal documents and ensuring proper co-ordination.
- Negotiating quotations and Advocates bills;
- Co-ordination and follow-up with various internal and external clients like the Directors, Promoters, GM, Agents, officials for various official work.

- ordinate court and giving necessary instruction to them on behalf of the Company in civil as well criminal proceedings
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
