Customer Care Executive

Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to keep the customers loyal and long-term business, make sure that the communication to the customers are clear and effective.

Responsible getting more that 95% customer satisfaction rate when doing random customer feedback analysis. If any issues occur, address it with the reporting officer.

Responsible for getting references from clients as a sign of satisfaction and do the courtesy calls and update the status.

Responsible for making sure that not more than 5% customer dropouts are happening because of any issues from company side.

Making sure that no complaints are received from customer end if happens, solve it within 2 days of time.

Maintain good relationship with the customers & follow up the new customers to collect feedback from them

Responsible to communicate the clients through E-mail and SMS on daily basis

Responsible to provide the delivery intimation to the clients without any fail.

Responsible for follow ups the customers for the outstanding payments.

Responsible to provide the post delivery service whenever needed to the clients & maintain relationship with them post-delivery.

Responsible for sending the reports on a periodical basis and make sure that the management is updated about the business status.

Responsible for periodical review meeting with the management for taking action for improving the performances.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kothamangalam, Ernakulam - 686691, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (preferred)
- English (preferred)
