As a member of the Commercial Marketing Team, you will:
■ Generate new and original ideas within the parameters of stated objectives.

■ Maintain brand consistency across all projects.

■ Create basic motion graphics, animations, and/or videos to enhance visual storytelling.

■ Update existing sales collateral with new content and graphics.

■ Prepare files for print production (setting up with crop and bleed marks).

■ Collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams on various projects to understand department and corporate rocks, project goals, and objectives.

■ Manage design revisions and asset library.

■ Stay current on emerging trends, tools, techniques, and incorporate design elements into projects. Required Education & Work Experience:
■ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant demonstrable experience in graphic design.

■ Minimum 2-5 years of experience working on a design team focused on digital marketing. -Demonstrable knowledge and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), and G Suite.
- Proven ability developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials for various types of media (print, social, web).
- Photography and photo editing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects, familiarity with motion graphics and 3D animation.
- Ability to conceptualize and create videos in a timely manner.
- Basic knowledge of current social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent, professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily communicate in the English language.
- Ability to clearly communicate reasoning behind design choices.
- Ability to provide and accept creative feedback to/from other team members and peers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and cooperatively within a team.
- Must be able to produce a recent portfolio of your work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
