To ensure collection and deposition of cash from customers as per the defined timelines and SOP to improve rapidity, reliability and cost

Main duties of the job holder:

- Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payments
- Handling Daily Field Cash Collections and deposits
- If contact is not made on first attempt, multiple home visits are to be made.
- Follow up on customer queries
- Ensuring SOP and security norms compliances

Working relationships and contacts:
Responsible to work with movement coordinator, supervisor, branch reporting staff and hub in charge

Key Dimensions:

- Responsible to lead on field operations of the assets and implementing business services into scalable operation needs
- Understand process linkages across different processes and their implications on customer service with available assets
