**Purchase Executive**

**Job Description**:

- **Relevant experience Preferably with a Civil Contracting or Interior Contracting Firm. Knowledge of interior products like Ply, Laminate, Hardware, Electrical goods, Building materials etc. will Add preference.**:

- Proficiency in MS OFFICE.
- Having Own Vehicle.
- Any graduate with relevant experience in Interior Fit Out Products / Preferably from Interior Design Industry.
- Reviews and processes purchase orders.
- Manages other members of the purchasing team.
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
- Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
- Comparisons of rates and getting the best quotes.
- Raising PO and processing the same.
- Ensuring the materials are delivered to sites.
- Following up with suppliers for any material related issues.
- Ensuring the supply bills are collected from the suppliers and issued to the accounts team for payments.
- Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.
- Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfilment of orders.
- Good / Excellent English Communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
