**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Location**:Zak GIDC** Ahmedabad
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
**Qualification**: Any Graduate
**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years as a Receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
**Job Descriptions**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly approach
- Handle correspondence, courier, and front-desk operations efficiently
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, arranging meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Excellent English communication—written and verbal
- Smart, confident, and well-presented with a positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
