This is a Product Marketing role, reporting to the Marketing Manager - Product in Business Area - Electrification based in Bangalore, India. You will be primarily responsible to drive and implement marketing actions in line with the defined strategy to drive lead generation & conversion and superior customer experience in the assigned area.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups
- Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
- Should have good technical knowledge about LV switchgear and to IEC 61439
- Know how about the market and customer need

**Your background**:

- B.Tech education is required
- Should have minimum of 5-8 year of experience
- Knowledge of low voltage switchgear market is must
- Should handle or part of team who work on strategy on business or customer acquisition
- Have eagerness to meet customer and drive the business strategy
