Designation :CATALOGUING EXECUTIVE

Location :Thane (W)

Experience :2-5years

**Job Description**:

- Manage Marketplaces listings i.e. catalogue specifications, product descriptions, images and prices for E-commerce Portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Ajio etc.
- Responsible for multiple categories & multiple marketplace cataloguing
- Entering product information, uploading pictures and other relevant data into the Marketplace Catalogues with accuracy
- Ensuring listings are as informative and appealing as possible to maximize revenues from assigned e-commerce marketplaces
- Coordinate with Marketplaces/ e-Commerce portals and ensure individual and bulk listings
- Maintaining listing data & images in drive
- Co coordinating with people internally as well as externally for listing data

Coordinate with brand and marketing teams to ensure product content is accurate, correctly nested, and properly distributed
- Prioritising, scheduling and assigning of catalogue to ensure quality output and meet productivity goals

Desired skills & Experience
- Any graduate with Ecommerce experience in cataloguing
- Must have good advanced excel skills
- Must be computer savvy to handle online reporting, various software etc.
- Strong written & oral communication
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to learn and face challenging situations.
- Hands-on experience n most used formulas and functions like sort, filter, VLOOKUP, sub-total, concatenate and pivot tables
- Extremely high attention to detail and emphasis on accurate data
- Ability to work it in small teams handling large amount of work with need to prioritize accordingly
