Architect / Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Design and develop architectural projects, including buildings, spaces, and environments.

2. Project Management: Manage architectural projects, including coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.

3. Technical Documentation: Prepare and coordinate technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

4. Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into projects.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including interior designers, engineers, and landscape architects.

7. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, including presenting design concepts and responding to client feedback.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).

2. Licensure: Licensed Architect in [State/Country].

3. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

4. Software: Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other architectural software.

5. Skills: Strong design, technical, and communication skills.

5. Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

6. Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into projects.

7. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, including presenting design concepts and responding to client feedback.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
