Resident Medical Officer

To provide medical cover, routine and emergency, during hours of duty and work in conjunction with the other RMO to provide a 24 hour service to the hospital.
2. To supervise the daily clinical management of all patients in conjunction with the nurse team leaders and under the guidance of Consultants and attend all post-operative patients on day of operation and every day following.
3. To prescribe and supervise medicine administration and treatment as advised by the consultant doctor.
4. Inform the consultant the patient condition, investigation reports etc regularly and coordinate with the nursing staff and other departments like diagnostics to provide appropriate patient care.
5. Provide emergency medical care as required (including resuscitation), taking the lead as necessary.
6. To ensure the Admission & Discharge process is proper & adhering to the hospital policies.
7. To make an entry in the patients notes as appropriate following ward rounds or any other patient examinations, communication or procedure
8. To fill birth certificate, death certificate etc. as and when required.
9. To ensure patient consent has been taken before any surgery or procedure
10. To comply by all hospital policies and procedures.
11. To participate in hospital quality improvement programmed and participate in clinical and non-clinical training programmes conducted by the hospital.
12. To comply with all hospital policies and procedures in particular those relating to Health and Safety at Work.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
BAMS/BHMS
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
