**Position Overview**:
We are seeking experienced and passionate individual to join our team as Python Trainer. As a Trainer at TechCadd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of professionals by delivering high-quality training programs and preparing them for successful careers in the tech industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Python concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Develop and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on exercises to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a passion for continuous learning.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, offering support in their skill development and career progression.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance training content and methodologies.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to align training programs with industry standards and market demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Python trainer with a strong command of relevant technologies and tools.
- Previous experience in delivering training sessions or workshops, either in a classroom or online setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and a genuine interest in helping individuals succeed in their careers.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Python certification will be a plus).
