Position : Administrative Officer

Location : Greater Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:

- Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies, files, and equipment.
- Oversee the daily functioning of the center, ensuring cleanliness and safety. 2. Administrative Support:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation. 3. Staff Coordination:

- Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management.
- Assist in managing schedules and resolving administrative concerns. 4. Parent & Visitor Interaction:

- Greet and assist parents, visitors, and vendors.
- Address inquiries and provide relevant information about the center’s programs. 5. Financial Duties:

- Manage petty cash and assist with fee collection.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and payments. Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably in an educational or childcare setting).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
