- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training administrative staff.
- Coordinate staff schedules, time-off requests, and provide support with HR needs.
- Ensure staff adherence to the center’s policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- **
Customer Service**:

- Ensure a welcoming environment for patients and their families, addressing concerns with sensitivity.
- Handle patient complaints and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Guide patients through the center’s programs, services, and intervention processes.
- **
Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the center complies with health and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular audits, reviews, and quality improvement activities.
