**Accounts Executive**

**Reports to**: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including billing, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate journal entries
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Manage petty cash and maintain related records

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in Tally ERP
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Good understanding of taxation, invoicing, and compliance requirements
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in industry-specific accounting, e.g. services, Fintech
- Working knowledge of Tally - ERP systems
