**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Organize and manage board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely filings with regulatory authorities like ROC.
- Manage compliance audits and liaise with external consultants, statutory and internal auditors.
- Prepare and maintain corporate documents, including articles of association, bylaws, and policies.
- Handle IPOs, FPOs, private placements, and other fundraising activities.
- Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, contracts, and deeds.
- Provide governance advice to the board and ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices.
- Coordinate shareholder relations and organize general meetings, including pre and post-meeting formalities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Lead cross-departmental coordination for compliance and governance activities.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Team leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Integrity, strong numerical skills, and fluency in written and spoken English.

**Preferred Experience**:

- IPO/FPO/Private Placement/Preferential Offer handling.
- Formalities related to loan against shares.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
