**Your Role as an Educator**:
As a Preschool Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and creating meaningful learning experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

- Creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Planning and conducting play-based, inquiry-driven learning activities.
- Preparing interactive and creative materials for classroom activities and displays.
- Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development through arts, music, storytelling, imaginative play, and technology.
- Maintaining a high standard of classroom management and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment.
- Training and guiding classroom assistants in best practices for early childhood education.
- Building strong partnerships with parents through regular feedback and communication.
- Keeping records of children’s progress and preparing term-wise reports and portfolios.
- Leading curriculum discussions with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies.
- Upholding Dibber’s educational philosophy and policies at all times.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in Psychology / B.Ed. / Related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in early childhood education, preschools, or a related background. (Freshers with passion for teaching are welcome)
