**Site engineer required for executing the interiors of an high end independent luxurious villa**of about 8000 sft - single floor in an area of about 2100 square yards. The villa is a unique designer villa with functional and aesthetic appeal. The villa was designed by a world class architect. The materials to be used for finishing the villa will be high grade. All modern equipments are to be installed.

All civil work is completed. **Site engineer required to oversee and execute the interiors.**

Several interior designers are contributing to the interiors. We need a site engineer to oversee the interior work execution. **It is again reiterated that we need a site engineer for executing the interior design works.**

The site engineer is expected to have exposure to executing interiors related to marble flooring with inlay, tile and granite laying and cladding of the exterior and interior walls, heated and covered swimming pool finishing. Centralised Vacuum installation. Doors and Windows. HVAC, Plumbing and centralised air quality ambience. Furniture and layout. Waterfalls and swings. Guest rooms and deck area. Living room and dining areas. Sit out and mild exercising area. Sauna and Jacuzzi. Exotic bathrooms. Peaceful bedrooms. Functional office.

The site engineer is expected to have an eye for detail and oversee that all the workmen, masons and artisans do a good job. If the site engineer wishes to contribute to the design - the inputs are welcome. This is not a job - the site engineer should have a bonding and a passion to do this project and get a sense of staisfaction in executing this project. Ofcourse compensation will be paid but please do not view this project just from a commercial point of view. The uniqueness of this project should bring out the best of your creativity and express your abilities in execution and functionality.

Pay: ₹39,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
