Job Description: 3D Visualizer

**Position Overview**:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations based on project specifications and design briefs.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project goals and deliver compelling visuals that communicate concepts effectively.
- Create photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for presentations and marketing materials.
- Optimize 3D assets and scenes for performance and visual quality.
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices to continually improve skills and workflows.

**Job Requirements**:
Experience**: Minimum of 1-4 years of professional experience in 3D visualization or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp).
- Strong knowledge of rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion).
- Familiarity with post-processing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualization projects, including architectural renderings, product visualizations, and animations.
- **Creative Skills**: Exceptional artistic ability, with a keen eye for detail, composition, color, and lighting.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to feedback and changing project needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming for automation in 3D workflows.
