Float the inquiry to vendors for sub-contracting work. Follow up for quotation, negotiate and finalize vendor accordingly.
- Bid tab & file note preparation and approval by concerned authorities
- Checking ERP - LN for receipt of planned purchase order / SCR (Subcontracting request) from various department. Types of PO to be handle : Subcontracting PO & Service PO.
- PO preparation and sending approved PO to vendor & maintain file note/bid-tab and annexures in ERP LN system and in department system drive.
- Checking for IMR(inward material receipt) discrepancy in My task session of ERP-LN and resolve it in consultation with concern dept.
- Check for pending IMR (inward material receipt) approval. Provide System ratings on vendor performance, Share inspection report with QC department for IMR approval.
- Check vendor pending payment. Follow up with account for on time payment.(specially for MSME vendors)
- Open PO to be short closed on time after consultation with concern department.
- Coordinate with QA department for Audit requirement of new vendors. Update ASL (Approved Supplier List) for all projects as per project requirement
