Timely achievement of branch targets as assigned by the BM.
- Ensure all enquiries/walk-ins are attended ethically.
- Enquiry forms are filled.
- Assisting prospective parents with all necessary details about the branch, and conducting a

School tour followed by Admission procedure formalities.
- Maintain reports related to HR, accounting and record-keeping activities for the BM’s

perusal.
- Ensure proper handling of cash/ cheque received at the branch
- Update new and existing student data on the ERP system daily.
- Make calls to in-house, outsider and social lead enquiries with the aim of maximizing

conversions through regular follow-ups
- Follow-up regularly for pending fees and administrative formalities of new and existing

admissions.
- Coordinate with HO on pending ID cards and requisitions for Branch.
- Scan CDC/PDCs, cheques, and other necessary documents to maintain proper records of

admissions.
- Attend parent concerns (in absence of BM)
- Upload general posts and school event pictures and videos on social media, thus ensuring school stays active on social platforms.
- Provide accurate reports of daily attendance activities, transport, etc. to the branch manager

and update the same regularly.
- coordinate with the vendor for student uniforms and book kit.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

- Manpada, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
