Psychiatric Social Worker

Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and their families.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Support patients during psychiatric crises and assist in crisis intervention and stabilization.
- Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare services, including housing, vocational training, and outpatient therapy.
- Advocate for patients’ rights and access to necessary services and benefits.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with institutional policies and legal regulations.
- Liaise with schools, employers, law enforcement, and other community organizations as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
- Offer psychoeducation to patients, families, and caregivers about mental illness and coping strategies.
- Support patients in navigating health systems, social services, and legal processes when required.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
