**Key Responsibilities**

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns that align with BookLeaf’s strategic objectives. You will lead efforts to amplify our authors’ reach and enhance their visibility across digital platforms.
- Design and execute result-oriented social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Align campaigns with BookLeaf’s marketing packages, emphasizing influencer collaborations, book giveaways, and content promotions.
- Develop innovative strategies for increasing audience engagement and traffic redirection.
- Develop and manage a content calendar tailored to different book genres and audiences.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing social media assets, including reels, static posts, and promotional videos.
- Generate creative and engaging content to promote authors and their works.
- Increase visibility by highlighting ranking optimization efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Desiging, ideally in the publishing or creative industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with book publishing trends and genres.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute data-driven campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
