Telecaller - Bengali

Responsibilities
- Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered
- Assess the needs and requirements of customer
- Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
- Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
- Pitch the services directly to the potential customers
- Store and update the customer information in the database

**Qualifications**:

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience in telesale representative or customer service executive
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant knowledge of MS office and telephone systems
- Ability to provide information about product and services in an easy-to-understand manner
- Solid negotiation skills and ability to resolve grievances
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
