Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Video Content Creator to join our team. As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and starring in engaging video content for various platforms, including reels, YouTube shorts, and full-length YouTube videos. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for storytelling, creativity, and a flair for on-screen presence.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:
Develop and produce compelling video content for different platforms, including reels, YouTube shorts, and full-length YouTube videos.

Be the on-screen talent, ensuring a charismatic and relatable presence in videos.

Idea Generation:
Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for video content that align with the brand's goals and resonate with the target audience.

Video Production:
Handle the end-to-end process of video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing.

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality, visually appealing content.

Performance Targets:
Meet and exceed set targets for the number of videos produced within specified timeframes.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement.

Consistent Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain consistency across various social media pages.

Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and stay informed about trends in video content and social media.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of engaging and creative videos.

Strong on-screen presence and comfortable being the face of the content.

Proficient in video editing software and technology.

Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with social media trends and platforms.

Personal Attributes:
Creativity and a passion for producing unique and entertaining content.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Adaptability to evolving trends in video content and social media.

Note : You should have a prior experience in content creation, could be your own instagram handles as well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
