- Ownership of Architectural & designing department
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Developing and presenting project design proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the vision & needs of the customer.
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, GFC drawings, specifications and
- construction documents.
- Securing client sign-offs w.r.t. Good for construction plans.
- Co-ordinate with Liaoning team & obtain building permission from statutory
- bodies.
- Preparing Structural, MEP & other related drawings.
- Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility of introducing new
- construction technologies that improve quality & reduce costs.
- Complying with National building codes & safety standards.
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

**Pre
- requisites**:

- Should have architecture license.
- Domain expert in independent/individual residential segment.
- B. Arch or M. Arch. or a related field.
- Certified structural engineer or having license to certify structure stability
- Minimum 10+ years of previous experience as an architect preferred.
- Functional expert in MS Project, AutCAD & or Revit architecture with ability
to work in three dimensions.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Experience in designing green & smart buildings will be an added
advantage.

Ownership of initial requirement brief through to the final stages of

- construction concept of at least 100 individual residential homes per anum.

- projects handled.
Issuance of Drawings, designs, plans, 2D/3D elevation, rendered elevation
etc. to the customer & getting consent from customer for project kick-off.
Meeting the Turn Around Time (TaT) set for each unit requirement gathering
to issuance of GFC drawings to the execution team headed by Project

- Manager.
100% compliance with site visits & sharing inspection reports with the
execution team.
