**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately input and update data in the system.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in data entry processes.
- **Vendor Follow-Up**:

- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendors promptly.
- **Payment Follow-Up**:

- Monitor payment statuses and follow up on pending payments.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of payments.
- **System Knowledge**:

- Utilize various software systems for data entry and management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system functionalities and updates.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain documentation as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in data entry or back office roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
