**Digital Operations at Walking Tree**:
Our brands Unsaid & Her Story both have teams within the brands that look after the overall marketing, communications, content, and strategy. The central Digital Operations team in Mumbai works closely with the brand teams to provide digital insights and support in marketing, web design & development, analytics, platforming/automation, and project and product management.

We are looking for a Digital Associate who has an affinity for all things Digital Marketing and eCommerce.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external development agencies, and partner vendors, assisting with critical projects and providing an escalation point for all stakeholders.

To succeed, you must be able to manage numerous projects at any time and be eager to grow your skillset and knowledge. You must want to understand the business and the field of Digital in-depth and develop market-leading digital marketing and eCommerce capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting with planning, developing, and managing our brands’ digital strategies to improve our web presence and achieve our digital marketing & eCommerce goals.
- Investigate and determine our brands’ wants and needs.
- Assist with analyzing the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Recommend, design, and implement digital projects to increase their ROI.
- Set up a list of KPIs and track them, and prepare and present reports on their progress.
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.

- CSS
- JavaScript
- No-code tools like Webflow, Zapier, etc.

As you will be working closely with experts in these fields, it is important for you to be

able to speak their language and fill any gaps that may arise between different

functions.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager at a web production or digital marketing agency.
- 2 years of experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Masters in Marketing or a similar field.
