**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation & Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop new concepts and ideas that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
- **Brand Consistency & Visual Identity**:

- Ensure all designs are consistent with Zouma’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language across all company assets, both online and offline.
- **Digital & Print Design**:

- Work with external printers and vendors when necessary to ensure high-quality production of print materials.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and communications to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet specific goals and timelines.
- **File Management & Version Control**:

- Maintain an organized design file structure and ensure all assets are easily accessible and properly versioned.
- Prepare files for both web and print, ensuring they are optimized and in the correct formats.
- **Trend Awareness & Innovation**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continually elevate design work.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and push the creative boundaries of visual communication.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an ecommerce or marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (digital, print, branding, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience in web design and an understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
