**Experience: 2-4 yrs**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, organizations, and employers to understand their hiring needs and promote collaboration for job placements.
- Provide guidance and career counseling to students and job seekers, assisting them in identifying suitable career paths and job opportunities.
- Organize job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events to connect job seekers with potential employers.
- Alumni Engagement: Engage with alumni to leverage their professional networks and assist in providing job referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends and employment demands to align placement strategies accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to placement policies and regulations set by the organization and relevant authorities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on placement activities and outcomes for management and stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
