Overall construction of the project including day-to-day affairs.
- Co-ordination with head office & all variables for smooth functioning.
- Generating reports and forecast for planning & execution of the said work.
- Preparation & Working on Estimation & Etc.
- The overall responsibility for the planning, execution and control of the designated Project.
- Ensuring adherence to Mandatory / Legal Regulation.
- Monitoring Program Schedule Vs Actual
- Monitoring the construction of the project as per Drawings
- Raise purchase indent as per requirement.
- Organize Scaffolding & Shuttering materials from central stores
- Monitor the output of External Service provider.
- Monitor and reduce wastage of Materials.
- Implement Quality Management System.
- Adherence to safety procedures of the entire Project team and ensure NIL ACCIDENT.
- Monitor and ensure check lists are followed for all activities during execution
- Working for Contractor especially in High rise Buildings

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
