**Job Summary**:
MrMed is looking for Pharmacists to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post‑order support over telephone/ chat channels.

**Location**:T Nagar Chennai (onsite role only)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customers’ query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow‑up outbound calls
- Reviewing and validating prescriptions to ensure they are accurate, complete, and safe for the patient to use
- Confirm orders with customers via phone calls and chat channels and place orders online after verifying all the details
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Escalating unresolved issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management

**Desired Profile**:

- **0 to 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
- B Pharm / D Pharm Graduate
- Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi
- Temperament for handling customers with care
