We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a **Web** **Designer** (**Framer Expert**) to craft stunning, high-converting digital experiences for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building visually engaging, user-friendly websites that align with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to create seamless, responsive, and interactive designs that drive engagement and growth.

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer who can transform complex business solutions into intuitive, high-converting marketing websites and landing pages. Your role is to think like the end visitor, ensuring clarity, precision, and strong visual appeal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their business, problems, and goals.
- Create intuitive, mobile-responsive web designs in Figma.
- Work closely with the content team to craft compelling messaging.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visuals that enhance the design.
- Build and deliver websites in Framer with basic SEO best practices.

**About you**:

- 3+ years of experience in web design, with a strong track record of creating visually engaging, high-converting websites and landing pages.
- Strong experience in web design, particularly for marketing websites and landing pages.
- Proficiency in **Figma** **and** **Framer**.
- Ability to think from a visitor’s perspective and design for clarity and conversion.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
- Basic understanding of SEO is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
