**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. System Installation & Maintenance**
- Install and maintain CCTV, Access Control, Also preferred knowledge in Time Attendance systems, Fire Alarms, PA systems, and other electronic security products.
- Configure systems per client/project needs.
- Complete allocated calls and tasks on time.

**2. Problem-Solving and Client Interaction**
- Address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide quick, effective resolutions.

**3. Team Collaboration**
- Work with the team to achieve project goals.
- Support team members during complex tasks.

**4. Adaptability and Flexibility**
- Willing to work varied hours and travel nationally as needed.

**5. Additional Responsibilities**
- Handle tasks assigned by management.
- Stay updated on new technologies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong listening skills to understand client needs.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude for technical challenges.

**Technical Skills**
