Triumph Bardhaman is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Sales Associate** to join our premium motorcycle showroom. The role requires a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with walk-in customers and provide detailed product information.
- Conduct test rides and explain features, specifications, and benefits of Triumph motorcycles.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain strong follow-up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers.
- Ensure smooth coordination of sales documentation and vehicle delivery process.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to promote brand loyalty.
- Support showroom events, promotions, and local marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in sales (automobile sales experience preferred).
- **Own 2-Wheeler with DRIVING LICENSE IS COMPULSORY**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality with customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication.
- Passion for premium motorcycles and lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
