**Job Title: ISAM Certified Administrator Trainer (Freelance/Part-time)**

**Working Hours**: Weekdays - 1 hour/day; Weekends - 2 hours/day
**Duration**: Ongoing (30-40 hours per syllabus completion)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **IBM Certified ISAM Administrator Trainer** to provide training on IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) to learners. As an ISAM Trainer, you will guide and support individuals or groups through the training material, ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become proficient in ISAM administration.

This is a part-time, freelance opportunity with flexible hours. The syllabus will typically take **30 to 40 hours** to complete, with sessions spread across weekdays and weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **online training sessions** on ISAM Administration to students.
- Follow the provided syllabus to ensure all topics are covered in a structured manner.
- Offer guidance and clarification on topics such as ISAM installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration.
- Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions when necessary.
- Assess learners' progress and answer any questions or doubts they may have.
- Offer feedback and suggest further resources for student learning.
- Adjust teaching pace and material according to student needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **IBM Certified ISAM Administrator** or similar certification.
- Proven experience with **IBM Security Access Manager** (ISAM) in a real-world environment.
- Strong understanding of **ISAM architecture, policies, configurations, and troubleshooting**.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with online training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

**Additional Information**:

- **Flexible working hours**: Weekdays - 1 hour, Weekends - 2 hours.
- Sessions can be scheduled at mutually convenient times.
- Payment will be based on hours worked.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
