**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions across various business verticals including operations, customer service, and product teams.
- Conduct process-specific training to ensure standardization, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Utilize AI tools to develop, enhance, and personalize training content (e.g., chatbots, adaptive learning, content automation).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop relevant solutions.
- Maintain updated training documentation, manuals, SOPs, and digital content libraries.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Lead onboarding sessions for new joiners and continuous learning modules for existing employees.
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions with clarity, confidence, and adaptability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate training role, preferably in a multi-process environment.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow standardization.
- Demonstrated experience in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, learning management systems with AI capabilities, generative content tools).
- Proficient in developing digital learning modules and interactive presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in training methodologies (e.g., CPTM, Train the Trainer, NLP-based training).
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Basic understanding of data analytics related to training performance.
