**Job Title: Freelance Recruiter - (Full-Time)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelance Recruiter with expertise in project management to join our team on a full-time basis. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment projects, collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, and sourcing top talent to fulfill project requirements. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to recruiting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their project staffing requirements, including roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Develop project plans and recruitment strategies to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to facilitate the interview process and selection decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and project management.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on project-based recruitment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, including online job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
