Marketing interns (Freshers) at Techolas Technologies

Techolas Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Marketing interns to join our placement team. As a Marketing staff, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's placement efforts and contributing to our overall growth. We are particularly interested in hiring Freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in sales and are passionate about making an impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new placement opportunities, including company visits and building relations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales performance.
- Coordinating and working with our placement team and helping our students get placed.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for sales and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated product knowledge or the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus.
- Travelling and field visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
