**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for timely collection of EMI dues from customers for two-wheelers and three-wheelers financing.
- Report to the Reporting Manager on a regular basis regarding collection activities.
- Conduct visits to customers for collection purposes and maintain a record of interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during the collection process.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections and payments received.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Collaborate with the team to improve collection strategies and processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate or bachelors.
- Proven experience in collections or a related field will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of financing and collection procedures.
- Familiarity with the local area and customer base.

**Compensation**:

- Incentives based on performance.
- Traveling allowance provided based on customer visits and kilometers covered.
