Coalition Greenwich clients include nearly all of the world’s leading investment banks, commercial banks and asset managers.Position overviewAs a senior team member, you would be leading the Markets VoC sector team in India managing projects and operational workflow independently, driving excellence and providing coaching/ mentoring to the junior members on the Team. This position is also responsible for collaborating with various data collection teams, sector RMs/ Consultants and other stakeholders globally through the lifecycle of market research projects in the cluster.Team and Workflow Management responsibilities: - Create an empowering environment through effective feedback, coaching and support - Plan, implement and manage the overall workflow for Markets VoC team in India - Manage the annual data collection cycle to ensure key milestones are achieved - Ensuring governance to report, address and manage issues - Ensuring delivery remains on target for time and quality - Communicates process, talent, or other issues proactively for timely resolution - Ensure all process documentation is updated regularly with any changesProject Management responsibilities: - Partner with data collection, data operations/ transformation, implementation teams and other stakeholders on project planning and resource estimation - Coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure full alignment across the annual workstreams - Discuss, plan, and communicate key project milestones, workstreams & activities - Managing research facilities/ projects prioritization within the sector - Owns processes or projects of varying complexity in a global setting - Identifying, mitigating and communicating potential risksRequired Experience/ Skills - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred - 5-10 years of experience in market research, exposure to Financial Services is an asset - Strong execution skills to deliver with pace and quality - People engagement skills, including proven ability to build and manage teams - Ability to manage multiple projects at one time - Ability to interact and build trust-based relationships with stakeholders globally Coalition Greenwich is a division of CRISIL Limited (an S&P Global company), a leading global analytics company.
