**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**: Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging, and interactive lessons for students preparing for the exams.Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring that the content is relevant and comprehensive.
- **Test Preparation**: Focus on all sections of the IELTS exam, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.Provide students with strategies and techniques for tackling each section effectively.Conduct regular mock tests to assess student progress and familiarize them with the test format.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- **Experience**:
Demonstrated experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses. Experience with a variety of student levels and learning needs is a plus.
- **Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, understandable manner.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.Familiarity with the test formats and scoring systems.Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and materials for test preparation.Proficiency in using technology for virtual classes, online resources, and teaching tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, or related field.
- Previous experience working with diverse international student populations.
- Experience in both in-person and online teaching settings.

**Working Conditions**
